Night sleep is overlooked as an essential part of human health. Researchers suggest that people aged 16-60 get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. Cherries are tart, sour, sweet, and grow in various shades, including red, purple, and yellow. Drinking of two cups of cherry juice every day has not been associated with any side effects. Chamomile tea is also used for better sleep. Chamomile tea is one kind of flower. It is a part of the Asteraceae family. It is used in the making of tea. Chamomile tea has lots of health benefits. It is also used for improving skin health, reducing inflammation, and relieving cold symptoms. Researchers suggest that Chamomile tea is also useful in improving sleep quality. To prepare chamomile based tea at home, add 4 to 5 spoons of chamomile flower to one cup water and boil them. Taking cup of chamomile tea daily is safe and has no side effects. Ashwagandha tea is also used for improving sleep. Ashwagandha is also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng. Extracts created from leaves, berries, and roots of Ashwagandha are used to treat arthritis, stress, and anxiety. Ashwagandha contains triethylene glycol, which is useful to improve sleep. Ashwagandha root is steeped in warm milk or hot water.

Valerian tea is also used to improve sleep. Valerian plant has white and pink flowers, and it belongs to the honeysuckle family. Roots of valerian plants are used to relieve insomnia and improve sleep.  Peppermint tea is used to relieve insomnia by soothing gastrointestinal distress. Warm milk also used to improve sleep. Many research organizations suggested warm milk for better night sleep. Almond milk contains sleep-promoting minerals and hormones. All these drinks help you to improve your sleep.
