F(x) Technologies will launch Android Smartphone with Slide-Out Keyboard

We’ve seen an Android smartphone with the QWERTY keyboard from the Samsung back in the days. The smartphone was a disaster, but many people bought it for getting the feel of blackberry devices and functionality of Android. As this is the era of high-end touch screen smartphones, no one is caring for the QWERTY smartphones. But F(x) technologies is working on a full-fledged Android smartphone with the slide-out QWERTY Keyboard. The company has ambitious plans to help the business users to get the feel of QWERTY keyboards on their high-end F(x) smartphone.

Last year, a team of technology enthusiasts decided to build a QWERTY keyboard module for MOTO Z power but decided to stop the project. After shutting down the project, they became the F(x) technologies and then decided to launch this QWERTY keyboard smartphone with full touch screen and a Slide-out keyboard. According to the company officials, the phone will be ready to launch in the first quarter of this year. The phone will have the 6 inch AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ration. The phone will have the bezel-less display and no notch.

The QWERTY keyboard will have the slider mechanism; convex backlit keys fit in the five rows. Also, the smartphone will run on latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system. According to the F(X) technologies, the smartphone will support other Android-based custom ROMS like the SailFish OS and also the Lineage OS without any issues. As of now, there is no information about the processing hardware and other details. The company is expected to share more information like the launch date and pricing with the media within a few days.
